Meet me

As a psychologist, my professional career has been characterized by a diversity of experiences in different fields of psychology. Sports psychology has been one of my passions, working with athletes to improve their performance and help them manage competitive pressure. I have witnessed how the mind and emotion play a crucial role in an athlete's success.

In addition, my work in couples therapy and family psychology has allowed me to contribute to the health of interpersonal relationships. Helping couples communicate effectively and families strengthen their bonds has been rewarding and essential for the well-being of my patients.

The course I have developed on childhood tantrums has been a valuable resource for parents and educators seeking to understand and better manage children's emotions. Teaching strategies to deal with these situations has been fundamental to the emotional development of young children.

On the other hand, the course on grief has allowed me to accompany people in difficult moments of loss, providing emotional support and helping them navigate the grieving process in a healthy way.

Self-esteem is a topic that has been present in my daily work. Helping my patients develop a positive self-image and a solid self-evaluation is an ongoing process that significantly impacts their emotional well-being.

Finally, the treatment of mental disorders is one of the areas I have focused on the most. Working with patients facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and other disorders has been a rewarding challenge, as I have witnessed the positive transformation that can occur through treatment and psychological support.
